The Main Objective Of This Requirement Is The Purchase Of Administrative Hours Service For Cdt And Cem Medical Specialties Center Of The Hospital, With The Purpose Of Ensuring The Continuity, Timeliness And Quality Of The Outpatient Care Provided To Users. This Service Will Be Aimed At Supporting The Processes Of Admission, Scheduling, Registration, Contactability And Management To Coordinate Patient Care, As Well As The Activities Inherent To The Operation Of The Different Boxes And Outpatient Care Units, Allowing Us To Respond To The Increase In Demand For Care Derived From The Expansion Of The Service Portfolio And The Incorporation Of New Care Spaces. The Above Will Contribute To The Proper Functioning Of Both Centers, Favoring The Management Of Waiting Lists, The Optimization Of Administrative And Care Processes, The Operational Continuity Of Services And The Timely Access Of Users To Health Benefits. Likewise, This Contract Seeks To Strengthen The Institutional Response Capacity In The Face Of Current And Projected Requirements, Contributing To The Fulfillment Of The Establishments Strategic Objectives, The Improvement Of The User Experience And The Reduction Of Waiting Times For Care And Resolution Of Outpatient Services. Said Service Will Be Performed In The Hospital Facilities, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, And According To The Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1.
