The Tenderer Undertakes To Order A Net Amount Of Eur 493,753.33 From The Framework Amount (Projected For The Repair Of 146 Items To Be Repaired). The Net Value Of The Part Of The Budget Not Affected By The Order Obligation Is Eur 493,737.53 (Projected For The Repair Of 143 Items To Be Repaired). It Is Included In Accordance With Paragraph (1) Of § 16. The Rules For Placing Orders Are Contained In The Draft Contract.
