The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Road Solvent White And Yellow Paint, Ballotin And Solvents (Thinners), Suitable For Application With Spray Guns And Nozzles Without The Need For Equipment Modifications, Intended For Use On High-Pressure Marking Machines (Spray Gun + Nozzles) Of The Airless Type, Compatible At Least With The Following Machines: -Hofmann H18-1 Airless, -Hofmann H9 Airless, -Manually Guided Markers. The Minimum Technical Requirements For The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Set Out In Text Form In The Business And Technical Terms And Conditions Of The Contracting Authority, Which Are Annex No. 2 Of This Procurement Documentation Under The Title Draft Framework Agreement. Performance Parameters For Solvent-Based White Paint, A Minimum Requirement For Retroreflection (R) After 24 Months Of At Least 150 Mcd·M⁻²·Lx⁻¹ Is Set, And This Value Is Determined As An Average Of All Measured Locations. The Supplier Is Obliged To Document The Fulfillment Of This Requirement With A Product Catalog Sheet, Or A Technical Sheet Or A Corresponding Certificate.
