The Execution Of The Works Consists Of The Development Of The Actions Of The Museographic Project Center De Geologia De Les Pitiüses, Including The Service Of Realization Of The Museographic Resources And The Supply And Installation Of Furniture, Models, Reproductions, Teaching Resources And Audiovisual Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Prescription Document Of This Contract And The Attached Executive Project. The Provision Object Of This Tender Is Classified As A Mixed Contract Of Special Services And Supply, In Accordance With Art. 18 Of The Lcsp. When Including Benefits Of The Two Contracts, The Nature Of The Main Benefit Will Be Taken Into Account For The Purposes Of Determining The Rules That Will Govern The Award Of The Contract. In This Contract, The Services Comprise Approximately 11.51% Of The Estimated Value And The Supplies 88.49%, So The Award Of The Contract Will Be Governed By The Rules Of Supply Contracts, As These Are The Main Character. Considering The Resolution Of The President Of The Balearic Islands Tourist Strategy Agency For Which A Grant Is Granted To The Consell Insular Eivissa To Finance The Project Its2425-109-Insular Recovery And Rehabilitation Project Of Public Heritage Lands (Phase I) Financed With The Funds To Favor Sustainable Tourism Corresponds To The Annual Plan 2024-2025, Which Agrees To Grant Aid To The Eivissa Island Council, For The Performance Of The Pitiüses Geology Center (Phase I) For The Amount Of €94,574.08.
