Tenders are invited for Connecting the South Sabahiyah area to the public sewage network, based on a request from the Ministry of Public Works Document Fees: 1,000 KWD Bid Bond: 23,000 KWD (valid for 90 days in favor of the Central Agency for Public Tenders) Important conditions and instructions: 1- All documents must be submitted on a non-rewritable CD, except the bid form and bid bond which must be submitted as hard copies. 2- Indivisible. 3- A valid national manpower quota compliance certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid. 4- A valid "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming no suspension on the bidders file must be attached. 5- Small and medium enterprise owners are exempt from tender document fees pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019. Bid Bond: 23,000 valid for 90 days in favor of the Central Agency for Public Tenders. Pre-tendering meeting: Will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, 31/08/2026, in the Sanitary Engineering Sector Building, building A, Ardiya. Inquiries: The relevant authority at the pre-tendering meeting.
