It provides in turn important services in the environment and natural resources fields to all the Palestinian without taking any consideration, please visit: www.pefrafah.org.ps PEF is conducting a tender process and invites sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide PEF, within their requirements, for: Rehabilitation of water network supply in Deir al-Balah Camp & drilling of Abu Rehan water well within the project of the implemented in partnership with UNDP/PAPP and funded by German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO)_German Humanitarian Assistance and as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier. Tender Dossier can be obtained by interested qualified tenderers through sending an email to (logistics@pefrafah.org.ps) with attachment illustrates the classification of the company (First or second or third electromechanical or Infrastructure) Between 10:00 am 02:00 pm (Gaza Time) Thursday to Sunday The interested companies could collect the tender dossier starting with 13/08/2026 until 23/08/2026 at 10:00 am (Interested tenderers must be classified at the Union of the Palestinian Contractors class (First or second or third electromechanical or Infrastructure) and must submit a copy of classification certification to collect the Tender Dossier. A pre-bid meeting for answering any inquiries will be held on 18/08/2026 at 11:00 A.M in PEF main office at Khan Younis (). The deadline for submission of tenders by hand to PEF main office (Khan Younis) is 23/08/2026 at 02:00 PM. PEF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
