Lot 2: New 230KV/10KV Power Supply Substation, equipped with 2x45MVA, 50Hz transformers, including all Incoming and Outgoing switchgears/feeders and auxiliary systems. Scope of Work: The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete execution of the project, including surveying, design, manufacturing, supply of materials, transportation to site, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure a fully functional power supply system. Eligibility & Qualification: Bidders must demonstrate international experience in high-voltage power projects. Mandatory requirements include: Valid and renewed Business License from the country of origin. Professional Competency Certificates for High-Voltage (230KV and above) works. VAT Registration (where applicable). Proven track record of completing at least two similar EPC projects in the last Six years. Instructions to Bidders (ITB): Specific evaluation criteria (Technical and Financial), project timelines, and compliance rules are detailed in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) section of the Bidding Document. Bidders are strictly advised to adhere to these instructions. Bid Security: Bidders must provide a Bid Security (Bid Bond) of 2% of the total price in the form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from a reputable international bank or a local bank counter-guaranteed by a reputable international bank.
