Tenders are invited for Development and Expansion of Roberts International Airport Finance, Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (FDBOT) Concession The Government of Liberia, through the Ministry of Transport and Liberia Airport Authority, invites international organizations to submit bids for the comprehensive development and expansion of Roberts International Airport (ROB/GLRB) under a 25-year Finance-Design-Build-Operate-Transfer (FDBOT) concession. The National Investment Commission is responsible for managing the bidding process and selecting the successful bidder. The project includes the financing, design, construction, operation, and eventual transfer of the airport facilities.
