Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Warranty of a Dialysis Water Treatment Plant. 1. designed, manufactured, installed, and tested exclusively for hemodialysis use, and achieve a minimum net production capacity of 6,000 liters/hour with raw water from an artesian well with a design salinity of up to 3,000 ppm TDS, taking into account all actual raw water analysis results conducted by the supplier at its own expense. 2. The supplier undertakes to comply with the latest versions in force at the time of initial acceptance of the relevant ISO 23500 series, particularly the requirements for the management and preparation of dialysis fluids, water treatment systems, and water quality; and to be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and all necessary safety systems for its operation and patient safety, in compliance with IEC 60601-1:2005, the requirements of the Ministry of Health and the local health authority, and the requirements of the manufacturer of the dialysis machines in the center. The most stringent standard will be applied where multiple requirements exist. 3. The station shall include, at a minimum, a suitable raw water pretreatment system, reverse osmosis units, pumps, filters, membranes, membrane vessels, metering and control units, protections, alarms and all elements necessary to achieve assured performance. 4. The membrane vessels are made of 316-grade stainless steel, the distribution pipes are PEX, and other related pipes are made of medical-grade PVC or PPR suitable for use according to the approved technical specifications and health standards. The distribution pipes for the DWDL (Direct Water Delivery) devices are cross-linked PEX PIP (polyethylene). 5. The station includes a basic wall-mounted remote control, water conservation and control technology, and at least the following operating modes: Disinfection, Rinse, Supply, and Standby. 6. The station includes an initial self-test for all relevant safety sensors, continuous performance monitoring, automatic precautionary measures in case of malfunction, clear and understandable alarm messages, operation and monitoring log/documentation, a programmable operating timer, and adjustable-interval drainage timing programs. 7. The supplier is obligated to provide certificates of conformity. Origin, factory catalogs, model and serial numbers, and any quality or testing certificates pertaining to the components before installation.
