Request for Information for Enterprise E-Signature Tool. Bidding Opens on: 14 August 2026 Due on: 21 August 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) is seeking information from qualified solution providers regarding enterprise-grade electronic signature solutions capable of supporting secure, efficient, and legally compliant digital document signing across the Agency. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to understand the capabilities available in the market, identify suitable technology solutions, and gather information on deployment models, licensing approaches, functional capabilities, security features, implementation requirements, integration options, support services, and indicative commercial models. The information received through this RFI will assist EAD in defining its technical and business requirements and may be used in the preparation of a future Request for Proposal (RFP) or other procurement process. The proposed solution should provide a comprehensive enterprise e-signature platform that enables users to securely sign documents electronically while integrating seamlessly with EADs existing Microsoft 365 environment. The solution should support secure identity verification, document workflow automation, auditability, regulatory compliance, and centralized administration suitable for enterprise-wide deployment. Interested respondents are requested to provide detailed information demonstrating how their proposed solution meets, exceeds, or otherwise addresses the functional requirements outlined in this RFI. Respondents are also encouraged to identify any additional capabilities, innovations, or value-added features that may enhance EADs digital document management and approval processes. Submission of information in response to this RFI does not constitute a commitment by EAD to procure any goods or services, nor does it guarantee participation in any subsequent procurement process. EAD reserves the right to use the information received solely for market assessment and procurement planning purposes. Response Instructions Respondents should, at a minimum, provide the following information: Company profile and relevant experience implementing enterprise e-signature solutions. Detailed response to each functional requirement identified in this RFI, indicating whether the requirement is: Fully Supported (Standard Feature) Supported through Configuration Supported through Customization Available in Future Release Not Supported Solution architecture and deployment options (Cloud, SaaS, Hybrid, or On-Premises, where applicable). Integration capabilities with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms. Identity authentication methods supported, including UAE Pass and other multi-factor authentication options. Security architecture, encryption standards, data residency options, certifications, and compliance with applicable international and regional standards. Workflow, administration, reporting, and audit capabilities. Licensing model and indicative pricing methodology (optional at this stage). Implementation approach, estimated deployment timeline, training, and post-implementation support services. References for similar enterprise or government implementations. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for the purpose of obtaining market information and understanding the capabilities of available solutions. The information received will be used to support EADs market research, requirements definition, procurement strategy, future planning, and budgetary estimation. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation, offer, commitment, or obligation by EAD to procure any goods or services, award any contract, or reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting a response.
