Request for Quotation for Supply of Handheld Marine Water Quality Sonde. Bidding Opens on: 14 August 2026 Due on: 20 August 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit their technical and commercial quotations for the supply, delivery, commissioning, and after-sales support of one (1) handheld in-situ multi-parameter marine water quality monitoring instrument, complete with dedicated sensors, accessories, software, and associated services. The instrument will be used to support EADs marine water quality monitoring programmes across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and shall be capable of measuring key nutrient, hydrocarbon, organic carbon, and physicochemical water quality parameters in marine environments. The procurement also includes compatible handheld display/data logging units, deployment cables, user training, and one (1) year of warranty, calibration, maintenance, and technical support services. Suppliers shall submit complete technical and commercial proposals demonstrating full compliance with the requirements set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Only equipment that fully meets or exceeds the minimum technical specifications and performance requirements will be considered for evaluation. The successful supplier shall ensure that all equipment is new, unused, of current production, suitable for marine field deployment, and delivered complete with all accessories, documentation, software licences (where applicable), and any other components necessary for immediate operational use. The detailed technical specifications, minimum requirements, and vendor responsibilities are set out in the scope of work document.
