Tenders are invited for Cleaning of Secondary Public Beaches for Lot 7 for a Period of (36) Thirty- Six Months 1. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Solid Waste Management Division) is inviting bids from Service Providers through the Government eProcurement System for the CLEANING OF SEONDARY PUBLIC BEACHES FOR LOT 7 FOR A PERIOD OF (36) THIRTY- SIX MONTHS 2. Bidding is restricted to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius. 3. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: SWMD/IFB/2025/184. 4. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held as per date and place mentioned in Section II: Bid Data Sheet ITB 9.1 (b) of the Bidding Document. 5. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by Monday 14 September 2026 up to 13.00hours (Mauritian Time) at latest.(Local Time). 6. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 14 September 2026 as from 13.01hours (Mauritian Time) till Thursday 17 September 2026 up to 13.00 hours (Local Time). 7. Bids will be opened online on Thursday 17 September 2026 as from 13.01 hours (Mauritian Time) up to 16.00 hours (Mauritian Time(Local Time) in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at theaddress given hereunder: The Conference Room Solid Waste Management Division 3rd Floor, NeXSky Building Cybercity, Ebene 8.
