Fees QR 3750 Bid Bond QR 375000 Start Purchase Date: 13-08-2026 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 13-09-2026 12:30:00 Submission Closing Date: 13-09-2026 12:00 PM Description: The scope of this tender encompasses the renewal of support and maintenance and the procurement of additional licenses (where applicable) to ensure continued protection, operational resilience and security compliance of KAHRAMAAs network infrastructure. The tender is structured into seven (7) independent parts, covering key security domains: Network Security Solutions (renewal and additional licenses) Internet Proxy Solution Packet Broker Solution Network Detection and Response (NDR) Email Security Solution Sandbox Solution DNS/DHCP/IP Address Management (DDI) Solution The contract periods vary per component, ranging from 12 months to 28 months, with most services extending for 24 months subject to applicable terms and conditions. Notes: · Fees are non-refundable · The offer must be submitted with a bank guarantee (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. · Offers are to be submitted separately, technical and commercial. · Successful bidder has to submit a Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) with value equal to 10% of the awarded value. · KAHRAMAA has the right during the contract period, after approval of the committee, to increase or decrease the quantities, services or works, inline with the Tenders & Auctions Law and its regulations. · Last date for receiving clarification is 7 days before the Bid Closing Date. · Date for opening of the offer is on the next working day from Bid Closing Date, as per the Tenders Committee meeting. · If you face any difficulty for downloading the Tender Documents after Payments, please coordinate with IT Help Desk Administrator in the Government Procurement Portal (The Unified Website of State Procurement (monaqasat@mof.gov.qa).
