Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service: Review of Wateraid Ethiopia Country Strategy as Per the Terms of Reference. Bid Closing Date: 26/08/2026 01:30 Bid Opening Date: 26/08/2026 02:00 Category: Consultancy;Organizational Consultancy;Purchase Bid Participation and Submission Guidelines: Terms of Reference: The Terms of Reference will be provided to interested bidders who register their email addresses at the registration desk located at WaterAid Ethiopias reception, between August 13 to 26, 2026, during working hours (08:30 AM 12:30 PM and 01:30 PM 05:00 PM). Note: Friday working hours: (08:30 AM 12:30 PM only). Eligibility Documents: Bids must include a renewed business license, company registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate. These documents should be submitted together with the technical proposal. Bid Submission Deadline: All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the WAE office no later than August 26, 2026, by 1:30 PM. Bid Security: A bid bond of 2% of the total consultancy fee is required, in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO valid for at least three (3) months from the date of bid opening. The original bid bond must be attached to the original financial proposal. Envelope Identification: Envelopes must clearly display the bidders name, address, legal stamp, and the reference number Ref: CSR/26/0018. Proposal Format: The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, each marked ORIGINAL and COPY. Each copy must be stamped and sealed. In the case of any discrepancies, the original version will be considered final. Preliminary Bid Opening The preliminary bid opening will be conducted by the WaterAid Ethiopia Procurement Committee on August 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM (EAT) at the WaterAid Ethiopia Office. Bidders/Consultants are not required to attend this session. Only bidders/consultants who successfully pass the technical evaluation will be invited to attend the financial proposal opening. The date, time, and venue of the financial proposal opening will be communicated to the technically qualified bidders/consultants in due course.
