Processing Material Changes: - Modification Of Selected Development Areas (4A, 4B, 9, 10, 11, 12) For Mixed Residential Development - Changing The Use Of The Area Around The Football Pitch To An Area For Physical Education And Sports - Changing The Coefficient Of Development In The Historical Part Of The Village From 0.4 To 0.9 To Preserve The Character Of The Original Development - Hrádecký Stream Bed - Adjustment According To The Actual Condition. Administrative And Hearing Processes: - Drafting Of The Draft Amendment To The Úp, Its Publication And Public Discussion In Accordance With The Building Act - Evaluation Of Comments, Final Approval And Issuance Of Changes To The Spatial Plan In The Form Of Measures Of A General Nature By The Municipal Council Disclosure And Implementation: - Publication Of The Standardized Spatial Plan On The Municipalitys Website And In The National Spatial Planning Geoportal - Transfer Of Data To Registers And Public Administration Information Systems. The Contracting Authority Requests A Breakdown Of The Bid Price Into Individual Stages: A) Proposal To Change The Ú For A Public And Joint Meeting B) Participation In A Public Hearing, Incorporation Of Non-Essential Modifications, Preparation Of A Clean Copy Of The Change For Publication C) Full Text At The Same Time, The Work Must Be Divided Into Work On The Conversion To A Uniform Standard And Then Into Substantive Changes. Material Changes To The Spatial Plan Will Also Be Part Of The Project. These Changes Reflect The New Requirements For The Use Of The Territory And Will Be Implemented Simultaneously With The Conversion In Order To Avoid Duplicate Steps And To Achieve Factual And Technical Up-To-Dateness Of The Documentation. The Goal Of The Project Is Therefore Not Only Technical Standardization, But Also Functional Updating Of The Content Of The Territorial Plan Of The Municipality Of Lenešice, Which Will Correspond To Current Development Needs And Ensure Compatibility With Digital Public Administration Tools.
