The Overall Objective Of The Study Is To Assess The Current Status, Outcomes, Sustainability, And Further Support Needs Of Participants Who Received Skill And Enterprise Support Under Past And Ongoing Whh Nepal Projects, And To Generate Practical Recommendations For Strengthening Future Skill Development, Enterprise Promotion, And Livelihood Interventions. 2.2 Specific Objectives • To Assess The Current Employment, Self-Employment, Enterprise Status, Income Changes, Livelihood Opportunities, Enterprise Performance, And Household-Level Economic Resilience Of Participants Contributing To Food System Transformation Who Completed Skill And Enterprise Training And Received Supports Under Past And Ongoing Whh Nepal Projects. • To Explore To What Extent The Participants Are Applying The Knowledge And Skills Gained From The Training, And To Compare The Effectiveness, Outcomes, Challenges, Inclusiveness, And Sustainability Of Skill And Enterprise Training Interventions Across Past And Ongoing Whh Nepal Projects. • To Conduct Comparable Analysis Taking Success And Failures Cases Using What Worked Well And What Didn’T Work Well. • To Identify Key Enabling Factors, Barriers, And Further Support Required By Participants To Sustain, Strengthen, Or Expand Their Employment, Self-Employment, Or Enterprise Activities, And To Document Good Practices, Success Stories, Less Successful Cases, Lessons Learned, Failures, And Practical Recommendations For Future Programming.
