The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Prepare The Basic Design Of The New Building Part Of Luunja Middle School And The Functionally Related Existing Building Parts And Outdoor Areas Based On The Basic Procurement Documents And The Luunja Middle School Sketch Project Prepared By Friedental Rahuorg Arhitektid Oü. The New Part Of The Building Will Be Built On The Site Of The Existing Demolished C-Building In The Northern Part Of The Property. The Design Work Includes, Among Other Things, The Preparation Of The Architectural, Constructive And Technical Systems Basic Project, The Design Of Outdoor Areas, The Preparation Of Documents Necessary For Applying For A Building Permit, And The Preparation Of The Budgeted Volume Table For Construction Works.
