During The Leadership Program, So-Called Leader Peer Groups Are Formed. These Consist Of 6 - 12 People Who Go Through The Leadership Program Together And Take Part In The Seminar Series. Further Developing Ones Own Leadership Skills And Dealing With Leadership Issues Is The Ongoing Task Of Every Manager. Therefore, All Participants Will Continue To Receive Support Even After Completing The Leadership Program. The Peer Groups Set Up As Part Of The Leadership Program Will Be Continued Permanently As Leader Performance Peer Groups. The Peer Groups Meet Regularly For Locally And Independently Organized Meetings That Usually Last One Day. The Focus Is On Collegial Advice On Your Own Development Topics, Current Issues From Everyday Professional Management And Learning Topics.
