1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Sidewalk In Dp2736w (Kołbiel Commune)2) The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Planned In The Capital Expenditure Plan Of The Otwock County For 2026 Entitled Construction Of A Sidewalk In Dp2736w (Kołbiel Commune)3) As Part Of The Order, Construction Works Should Be Performed Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A District Road In The Otwock District, Including The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 2736W In The Towns Of Rudzienko And Teresin, Including The Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Section From Dk50 Km 0+000 To Km 1+070 To Plot 4/5 Rev. 37, However, A Pedestrian Crossing Should Be Constructed - The Scope Is Indicated In The Graphic Attachment4) The Task Includes, Among Others: • Construction Of A Sidewalk, • Construction Of Pedestrian Crossings And Road Safety Elements, • Reconstruction Of Exits, • Reconstruction Of Road Drainage, • Replacement Of The Existing Culvert Under The Road.5) The Task Was Divided Into Two Variants, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Price Offer For Each Variant Separately.6) The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Variant I Or Variant Ii. The Decision As To Which Variant The Task Will Be Implemented Will Be Made By The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Notified.7) For Each Variant, One Deadline For Completing The Task Has Been Set, I.E. 3 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract8) If A Price Offer Is Submitted For Only The Selected Variant, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected And Will Not Be Assessed.9) Variant/Option I - Includes The Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of 6 Cm Thick Concrete Cubes (Instead Of Group 8 Provided For In The Documentation Cm)10) Variant/Option Ii - Includes The Construction Of A Sidewalk From A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture - A Wearing Course Made Of Ac 8S 50/70 Asphalt Concrete, Thickness. 8 Cm For Kr 1-2, Substructure Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5, Thick. 20 Cm, Drainage Layer Made Of Gravel, Thick. 15 Cm, Soil Layer Brought To The Load-Bearing Capacity Of G1, Exits On The Width Of The Sidewalk Made Of Asphalt Surface, Except For The Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes With A Thickness Of 8 Cm - The Sidewalk Is Considered Superior To The Exits - Do Not Interrupt The Asphalt Surface On The Exits.11) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Developed Under The Title: Task Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 2736W In The Town Of Teresin Prepared By Ars Projekt Roman Sanojca.12) Note: No Works Will Be Performed On The Side Where The Construction Of A Sidewalk Is Not Planned. It Is Not Planned To Construct Exits, Roadsides Or Ditches On The Opposite Side Of The Road Than The One On Which The Sidewalk Will Be Constructed.13) Note: On The Section From 0+000 To 0+430, The Construction Of Kkż Channels Should Be Abandoned In Favor Of Construc
