1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of A Multi-Family Building Located At Krempna 111. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Dismantling Grounding And Lightning Conductors - Dismantling Sheet Metal Downpipes - Dismantling Sheet Metal Flashings - Dismantling Part Of The Roof Covering - Insulating External Walls And Gable Walls With 15 Cm Thick Styrofoam Boards - Installing Roof Covering From Disassembly - Execution Of New Sheet Metal Flashings - Installation Of New Roof Gutters And Downspouts - Replacement Of Electrical Boxes With New Ones - Tests And Measurements Of The Lightning Protection System After Reassembly - Construction Of A New Strip Around The Building. The Planned Works Do Not Affect The Foundation Conditions Of The Facility. 1.2 The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. The Contractor Will, At His Own Expense, Make Markings And Secure The Place Of Work For The Duration Of The Works. Detailed The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Which Includes: 1) Bill Of Quantities 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb)
