Helclów 2, Marked As Registration Plot No. 116/14, Precinct 116, Registration Unit Śródmieście, Consisting In Replacing Gutters, Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings In The Dps Chapel.2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: 1) Renovation (Replacement) Of The Chapel Gutters, Replacement Of Hooks Securing The Gutters And Downpipes, 2) Renovation Of Parts Of The Roof Covering (Eave Zone), 3) Installation Of Snow Guards, 4) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Execution Of Flashings Between The Gutter And The Cornice, 5) Conservation Works In The Under-Gutter Strip And Downpipe Areas Along With Cleaners (Incl. Minimum Necessary Scope),6) Accompanying Finishing Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz And In The Template Agreement Referred To In Section 7 Under.4. The Stage Of Work Covered By This Order Covers Only A Fragment Of The Entire Project, Which In Terms Of Quantity Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz.5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Full Construction Works Process, Including Purchase, Delivery To The Construction Site, Assembly, Installation Of Brand New And Unused Devices And Materials, As Well As Removal From The Construction Site And Utilization Of Demolition And Dismantling Materials And Waste Disposal.6. The Subject Of The Order Concerns Real Estate At Ul. Helclów 2 In Kraków Marked As Registration Plot No. 116/14, District 116, Registration Unit Śródmieście, Plot Area: 3.5976 Ha, Including The Area Of ​​Buildings On The Property: 7,448.26 M2. The Chapel And The Main Building Of The Dps Were Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Reg. No. 114 And Are Located In The Area Of ​​The Urban Layout Of Kleparz, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number A-648 And In The Area Recognized As A Historical Monument Kraków - Historical City Complex. 7. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Whenever The Following Content Of This Swz Refers To The Template Agreement, It Should Be Understood As Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
