1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Renovation Works In The Building Of The Capital City Office. Warsaw For The Bielany District At Ul. S. Żeromskiego 29 In Warsaw, Including: - Replacing The Carpet; - Painting Walls And Ceilings - Room Height Approx. 2.60 M2. Location (Address): The Office Building Is Located In Warsaw In The Bielany District At Ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 29. It Is A Detached Building With A Public Outdoor Parking Lot. 3. The Scope Of Works, In Particular, Includes: • Removing Furniture And, After The Work Is Completed, Re-Introducing It; • Preparing Rooms For The Work To Be Performed By Securing Doors And Windows With Foil; • Removing Old Plastic Carpets Along With Plinth Strips And Threshold Strips; • Cleaning Floors From Remnants Of Old Glue; • Preparing The Cement Base Of The Floor; • Preparing Walls And Ceilings For Painting: Washing And Cleaning Dirt, Eliminating Efflorescence And Streaks, Removal Of Loose And Scalded Fragments Of Paint Coatings And Plasters, Filling And Eliminating Damage To The Plasters By Puttingty, Priming With A Deep-Penetrating Preparation;• Painting The Walls Twice To Obtain A Uniform Color With Latex Paint, In White With A Shade Corresponding To Ncs S 9010-N, And Before Painting, The Contractor Will Present A Color Sample For The Ordering Partys Approval;• Painting The Ceilings Twice Latex Paint, White In Shade Corresponding To Ncs S 9010-N;• The Paint Should Meet At Least The Following Requirements: Have A Hygienic Certificate Allowing For Use Indoors, Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En-13300 Or Equivalent Standard, Have First Class Resistance To Scrubbing And Wet Washing;• Filling Of Defects In The Substrate;• Applying A Layer Of Primer To The Floors;• Laying The Floor With Carpets Carpets;• Laying System Plinths In The Color Of The Carpet;• Installation Of Threshold Strips;• Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Above-Mentioned Works;• Cleaning Works, Including Cleaning Floors;• Removal And Disposal Of Dismantled Elements. The Rooms Are Equipped With Air Conditioning Devices, Both Ceiling And Wall. As Part Of The Painting Work, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Dismantling Of Radiators, Radiators, Switches, Controllers, Control Panels, Air Conditioning Controllers, Air Conditioning Units And Other Permanently Installed Installation Elements And Devices. The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect These Elements Against Dirt And Damage And To Paint Them To The Extent Possible Without Dismantling Them, While Maintaining The Aesthetic Separation Of The Paint Coatings At The Edges Of These Elements. Any Disassembly Of Such Elements, If The Contractor Deems It Necessary For Technological Or Organizational Reasons, Requires Prior Agreement With The Ordering Party And Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 4.
