The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Tennis Court With A Clay Surface Along With The Necessary Equipment And Technical Infrastructure Provided For In The Project To Ensure The Safe And Proper Functioning Of The Court. 2. The Task Is Carried Out On Plots With Land Number No.; 198/7 Within 14.3. The Material Scope Of This Contract Includes Part I Of The Task, I.E.: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Asphalt Surface Within The Scope Covered By The Scope; 2) Construction Of One Tennis Court With A Clay Surface And Substructure; 3) Equipping The Court With Two Aluminum Posts With Nets, 5 Cm Wide White Pvc Pitch Lines, 4 Benches, 2 Waste Bins And An Information Board, And The Purchase Necessary Movable Equipment (Court Leveling Mat, Judges Chair);4) Installation Of Ball Catches With A 4 M High Polypropylene Net On Two Shorter Sides And One Longer Side Of The Court;5) Installation Of External Lighting - 4 Lamps With Their Power Supply From The Main Switchboard And A Power Supply Box;6) Installation Of An Irrigation Installation From The Existing Well 1;7) Installation Of Deep Drainage To Drain Water From The Pitch Connected To The Existing One Rainwater Drainage System (Excess Rainwater Will Be Distributed On The Surface Within The Plot) From The Existing Di Well;8) Demolition Of The Existing Fence;9) Installation Of A Panel Fence With A Foundation;10) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements;11) Installation Of 3 U Type Bicycle Racks;12) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board. Type And Scope Of Changes To The Contract And The Conditions For Their Introductiong) Circumstances Attributable To The Ordering Party, In Particular: Untimely Handover Of The Construction Site By The Ordering Party, Suspension Of Works By The Ordering Party, Payment Capacity, Organizational Conditions, Circumstances That Were Not Foreseeable At The Time Of Concluding The Contract - In Such A Situation, The Deadline For The Execution Of The Contract Will Be Extended By The Time For Which The Above-Mentioned Circumstances Suspended The Execution Of The Contract; H) Occurrence Of Archaeological Excavations Making It Impossible To Carry Out The Works - This Fact Must Be Documented By An Entry Of The Construction/Works Manager In The Construction Log And Must Be Confirmed By Investors Supervision Inspector - In Such A Case, The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Contract Will Be Extended By The Time Of Archaeological Excavations.2) A Change In The Scope Of Materials, Technical Parameters, Construction Technology, Method And Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Possible In The Event Of: A) The Need To Carry Out Any Part Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Using Different Technical Or Technological Solutions Than Those Indicated In The Design Documentation, And Resulting From Identified Defects In This Documentation Or From A Change In The Legal Status On The Basis Of Which They Were Prepared, If
