The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Design Documentation And Notification Of June 13, 2025 And A Certificate Of Non-Objection No.: Sab.6743.735.2025.Aj.Mp Id.02 Of July 23, 2025, Regarding The Intention To Reconstruct And Renovate The Internal Municipal Road In Małobądz, Covering Plots No. 266/2, 266/3, 267, To The Extent Specified In Section 3 Of This Paragraph. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Implementation Of The Second Stage Of Design Documentation On The Section From Km 0+280 To 0+592, It Includes The Renovation Of A Road In Małobądz (Ul. Kmieca) With A Length Of Approx. 312.0 M On Plot No. 266/3 And 267, In Particular: - Surveying Services: Marking Out The Plot Boundaries And The Route Of The Road Axis; - Milling Of The Asphalt Surface;- Clearing Bushes;- Construction Of A Road Embankment;- Road Coursing Along With The Disposal Of Excavated Material;- Execution Of The Subgrade Layer;- Execution Of The Asphalt Layer;- Introduction Of Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization;- Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Together With Reporting To The Geodetic Resources (2 Copies Of The As-Built Map), - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (1 Copy Of A Paper Version And A Version Electronically On A Pendrive In Pdf Format).
