The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Subject Of The Order Into Parts.2. Justification For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Execution Of The Order In The Design And Build System Involves The Preparation Of One Design Documentation For The Entire Task, Including Obtaining The Required Consents And Permits Provided For By Law, And, Moreover, After Constructing The Pipeline As One Sequence, It Would Be Difficult To Enforce Liability Under The Quality Guarantee Or Warranty For Defects. 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Section Of The Sanitary Sewage System In The Bolesław Commune In The Town Of Bolesław - Transit Pressure Pipeline Between The B1 And B5 Pumping Stations. The Pipeline Is Planned As The Main Transit Pipeline Carrying Sewage From The Mędrzechów Commune, Bypassing The Existing Pipeline System In Bolesław. This Pipeline Will Also Constitute An Emergency Bypass Of Sewage Sent From The Southern Part Of The Bolesław Commune, Which Is Currently Directed To The B5 Pumping Station. It Is Planned To Build A Total Of 1.5 Km Of The Network In Order To Increase The Capacity For Receiving Sewage From The Mędrzechów Commune And To Ensure Greater Reliability Of Sewage Transfer Through The Area Of ​​Bolesław Towards The Common Sewage Treatment Plant In Pawłowo. The Order Includes: • Development And Acquisition Of All Materials For Design Purposes, Including Technical Conditions For The Construction Of The Sewage Network, Technical Conditions For Connecting Collective (Network) Pumping Stations To The Power Grid • Development Of A Program Concept, • Preparation Of A Construction Design Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works, And A Technical (Executive) Design, • Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, • Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Tables Of Settlement Elements Based On Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications, • Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Prepared Documentation.
