The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Included In The Budget Of The City Of Zamość For 2026 Entitled: Experience Park At The Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 In Zamość - Citizens Budget.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of An Experience Park On The Premises Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 At Ul. Wyszyńskiego 32 In Zamość, Including: 1) Demolition Works, Earthworks And Preparatory Works, 2) Removal Of Bushes, 3) Construction Of Edges And Surfaces, 4) Construction Of Small Architectural Elements And Equipment For The Experience Park: A) Metal Swing, Double Storks Nest, B) Wall For Painting Xl With Educational Platform, C) Ball Track - Double-Sided, D) House Rooms, E) Mud Kitchen, F) Concrete Sandbox 3X3 M With A Mini Sand Factory And Sand Filling And Roofing, G) Willow Gazebo With A Diameter Of 6 M, H) Table With Benches, I) Benches With Backrest, 5) Planting Of Trees And Shrubs, 6) Carrying Out Finishing Works.4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform All Preparatory And Security Works Necessary For The Safe Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Develop The Construction Site And Maintain The Construction Facilities At Its Own Expense, 3) Carry Out The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 4) Repair Inventoried Underground Facilities Damaged During The Execution Of The Works, 5) Incur During The Execution Of The Order All Costs Related To Measurement, Delivery And Consumption Of Utilities Necessary To Perform The Order (If It Is Necessary To Use From Utilities), 6) Carrying Out Cleaning Works During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, After Completion Of The Works, Restoring The Construction Site To Its Original Condition, 7) Covering The Costs Related To: A) The Arrangement And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, B) Ensuring Geodetic Services For The Duration Of The Works And Carrying Out Post-Construction Geodetic Measurements Of The Constructed Facilities And Devices, C) Securing The Geodetic Network Against Destruction And Repairing It In The Event Of Damage, D) Removing Any Unexploded Ordnance, Unexploded Ordnance And Ammunition Discovered During Execution Of Works, E) Making Excavations In The Event Of Failure To Report The Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing For Acceptance, F) Making Connections For The Needs Of The Construction Site Based On The Conditions Obtained From The Network Owners And Incurring The Costs Of Their Measurement, Delivery And Consumption, As Well As Possible Switching On And Off Of Electricity (If It Is Necessary To Make Connections At The Stage Of Works), G) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Checks, Including Additional Ones
