4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Adaptation Of A Former School In The Town Of Pachnowola Into A Temporary Shelter And A Third Party Liability Warehouse. 4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Former School Building, Including The Construction Of A Ramp For The Disabled, Reconstruction Of The Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations, Lightning Protection System, Removal Of Interference With Pge Devices, Construction Of A Drainless Rainwater Tank With A Capacity Of 4 M3, Construction Of An Entrance To The Property, Fencing Of The Area, Hardened Surfaces And Parking Spaces. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Reconstruct The External Above-Ground Fire Hydrant, A 10 Kwp Photovoltaic Installation And Video Monitoring Based On The Design Documentation Developed At Its Own Expense And At Its Own Expense. The Contractor Will Obtain Approval From A Fire Expert For The Documentation Of The Hydrant Reconstruction. And The Architectural And Construction Administration Body Of The District Office In Puławy. The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Responsibility, Within The Scope Of The Proposed Offer Price, Also Includes: 1) Organization And Development Of The Construction Site; 2) Marking And Securing The Works Performed And Ensuring Safety At The Construction Site; 3) Developing And Obtaining Approval From The Competent Authority Of The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Construction Works (Applies To The Construction Of An Exit From The Municipal Road); 4) Preparation Of Connection Notification Documentation Micro-Installations To The Power Grid Of The Regional Dso And Obtaining Confirmation Of Connection From The Network Operator, Reporting The Connection Of Micro-Installations, 5) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances, As Well As Possible Supplementation Of The Acceptance Documentation For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order; 6) Provision Of Surveying Services By Authorized Surveying Services, Including Field Marking And As-Built Inventory; 7) Marking The Facility With Fire Safety Signs. And Equipping It With Hand-Held Fire-Fighting Equipment In Accordance With Relevant Standards, 8) Ensuring And Bearing The Costs Of Delivery Of Utilities Necessary To Carry Out The Works, Including Electricity, Water And Sewage Disposal; 9) Securing And Protecting The Existing Infrastructure, Technical Infrastructure Devices, Geodetic Signs And Other Development Elements Located In The Area Of ​​The Works Being Carried Out; 10) Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 11) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.
