The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Office Rooms Into A Cafe In Part Of The Building Of The Stefan Jaracz Theater In Olsztyn.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Organization And Security Of The Work Site, Agreement On Transport Routes, Storage Zones And Rules For Carrying Out Work In The Active Theater Facility; 2) Preparatory, Dismantling And Demolition Works, Including Dismantling Of Existing Internal Installations To The Extent Specified In The Documentation; 3) Execution Of Designed Holes, Punctures, Punctures And Protections, Including Works Requiring Special Care Due To The Structure, Historic Nature Of The Building And Carrying Out Work In A Partially Used Facility; 4) Works Construction, Construction, Masonry, Plastering, Painting, Cladding, Flooring, Carpentry, Finishing And Other Works Provided For In The Technical Documentation; 5) Execution, Reconstruction And Assembly Of Internal Installations, In Particular Electrical, Sanitary, Water And Sewage, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations And Other Installations Provided For In The Technical Documentation; 6) Installation Of Joinery, Fittings, White Assembly, Accessories, Grilles, Intakes, Exhausters And Technical Elements Provided For In The Design Documentation;7) Carrying Out Tests, Examinations, Checks, Measurements, Adjustments And Commissioning Required For The Proper Acceptance Of The Works;8) Preparing As-Built Documentation, Quality Documents, Declarations, Certificates, Technical Cards, Certificates, Instructions And Other Documents Required For Acceptance;9) Tidying Up The Work Area, Waste Disposal And Management, And Restoring Temporarily Occupied Zones To A State Consistent With The Agreement.3. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Kitchen Technology, Kitchen/Café Equipment, Catering Equipment, Movable Furniture, Tableware, Small Equipment And Other Elements Of Movable Equipment, Unless The Technical Documentation Or Explanations Of The Swz Content Clearly State That A Given Element Is Included In The Scope Of Construction Or Installation Works.4. The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Public Building Under Conservation Protection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works With Respect For The Historic Substance, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions, Permits, Arrangements And Instructions Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Order Documents.
