1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Surface Of National Road No. 5 (Al. Jana Pawła Ii) In Jelenia Góra - Stage I. The Renovation Covers The Northern Road (Direction To Szklarska Poręba) On A Section Of 0.85 Km. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes, Among Others, Renovation Of The Existing Road Structure Along With The Replacement Of Curbs And Rainwater Drainage Elements. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement, Including The Annexes.2. The Detailed Material Scope Was Described In The Design Documentation Prepared By: Municipal Road And Bridge Authority Based In Jelenia Góra.3. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Renovation Of National Road No. 5 In Jelenia Góra With The Participation Of Funds From The Subsidy Reserve For 2026.
