The Material Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction And Installation Works Provided For In The Design Documentation And Stwior, Including In Particular: - Preparatory, Demolition And Earthworks, - Construction Of Hardened And Permeable Surfaces, Including Parking Lots, Parking Spaces And Pedestrian Paths, - Construction And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements And Recreational And Leisure Facilities, - Construction Of Recreational Devices And Playground Equipment Along With Their Foundation And Assembly, - Construction Of Accompanying Facilities, Including Footbridges, Shelters, Utility Containers, - Execution Of Greenery Development Works, - Execution Of Works In The Electrical Industry, Including Power Supply Installations, Area Lighting, Anti-Shock And Anti-Surge Protection, - Execution Of Telecommunications Installations, Including A Video Monitoring System, - Carrying Out As-Built Research, Measurements And Tests, - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Participation In Acceptance Activities. The Ordering Party Took Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Accordance With Art. 100 Section 1 Of The Act.3.
