1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of An Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road 102883B In Miecze Consisting In The Construction Of A Road, Exits And Road Drainage. The Road Reconstruction Will Be Carried Out In The Trace Of The Existing Dirt Road And A Bituminous Road With A Width Of Approx. 4.5-6.0 M.1. The Scope Of Work Includes The Reconstruction Of, Among Others: 1) An L-Class Road With A Length Of 3116.50 M2) A 1/2 Roadway With A Width Of 6.0 M (2X3.0 M) And A Bituminous Surface, 3) Entrances To Properties With A Bituminous Surface, 4) An Intersection With A Bituminous Surface, 5) Aggregate Shoulders With A Width Of 0.75-1.60 M, 6) A Culvert On The Canal Feeder A,7) Reconstruction Of Roadside And Drainage Ditches8) Reconstruction Of Culverts 9) Reconstruction Of Gates On Culverts10) Installation Of Vertical Markings2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Are Specified In The Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Where The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Basis For The Valuation Is The Design Documentation And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz.
