Pocztowa 31 In Gliwice. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendices No. 2.1. To The Swz - Price Form For Individual Parts Along With Quality Requirements For Food Products (Quality Requirements For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order). Requirements For The Implementation Of The Task. 1. The Contractor Provides First-Class Quality Products, Fresh, Corresponding To The Quality Standards Appropriate For A Given Type Of Products That Are In Force In Poland, With Current Shelf Life Dates And Products That Meet The Requirements Quality Indicated In Annex No. 2.1.2. Packaging Of Food Products Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Marked With Information About Nutritional Value And Allergenic Ingredients And A Visible Expiration Date. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Food Products To The Above-Mentioned Branches With Their Own Transport At Their Own Expense And Risk, While Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary Regimes Required For The Transport Of Food In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006. On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Other Currently Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order. The Delivery Cost Must Be Included In The Unit Prices Of The Products Offered.
