I. Subject Matter And Description Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of 24-Hour Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property Of Primary School No. 12. Friends Of Gdańsk In Gdańsk, Ul. Człuchowska 6 In Gdańsk And Kindergarten Departments At Ul. Człuchowska 4 In Gdańsk.2. As Part Of The Service Provided, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure: A) Direct Physical Protection Of: - The Facility And The Immediately Adjacent Area, I.E.: • Primary School No. 12, Ul. Człuchowska 6, Gdańsk• A Complex Of Playing Fields With Artificial Surface• A Playground On The School Premises,• A Facility For Kindergartens At Primary School No. 12 In Gdańsk, Ul. Człuchowska 4,• Outdoor Gym,• Green Class - Meteorological Station - Persons Authorized To Stay On The Premises Of The Protected Facility, - Property Of The Ordering Party And Property Of Third Parties For Which The Ordering Party Is Responsible And Which Is Located Within The Protected Facility. B) Proper Documentation Of The Course Of Service By Security Personnel, With Particular Emphasis On Documenting Events. C) Constant Supervision Of Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In Electronic Systems And The Ordering Partys Alarm Devices. D) Monitoring Images From Local Object Television Systems. E) Securing The Car Intervention Group, Staffed By At Least 2 People. The Deployment Should Enable The Intervention Group To Arrive At The Scene Of The Incident Using A Means Of Transport Within 20 Minutes From The Time Of Calling The Stationary Physical Security Employee. The Tasks Of Security Staff In The Event Of Receiving A Call Should Include At Least Intervention Activities Appropriate To The Event, In Accordance With The Detailed Tasks Specified In The Instructions. F) Marking The Protected Facility With The Contractors Logo And Information That The Facility Is Protected. The Method Of Marking Shall Be Agreed By The Contractor With The Ordering Party. G) Carrying Out Porter Services.
