1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Used, Accident-Free Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Borek With Technical Parameters Described In Detail In Annex 6.2. The Fire Truck Must Be Complete, Free From Physical (Design, Material, Workmanship), Technical And Legal Defects And Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz (But The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer With Higher - Better - Equipment Than Described).3. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including Emergency Vehicles In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), And The Act Of August 24, 1991 On Fire Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 188, As Amended). As Amended) And Have A Valid Cnbop Opinion As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Offer.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. It Contains The Minimum Requirements For The Vehicle. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete This Description And Attach It To The Offer As An Integral Part Thereof.5. Together With The Car Referred To In Section 1, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Full Technical Documentation Of The Car And Documentation Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle, In Particular: 1) Registration Certificate; 2) Vehicle Card (If The Vehicle Has One); 3) Valid Third Party Liability Insurance Policy (Applies To A Vehicle Registered In The Country); 4) Documentation Authorizing The Use Of The Vehicle In Fire Protection Units, Including A Technical Opinion Valid At The Latest On The Date Of The Protocol Handover Of The Vehicle Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection National Institute Research In Józefów;5) Other Specialized Documents Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Contractor Will Conduct Training At Its Own Expense For At Least 2 People In The Field Of Service And Operation Of The Car During Technical And Quality Acceptance Of The Car.7. The Ordering Party Requires A 12-Month Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Technical And Quality Acceptance Of The Car.
