3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Personal Monthly Tickets Enabling Travel To The Primary School. John Paul Ii With A Kindergarten Class In Krasnopol And The Return To Their Place Of Residence For Students From The Krasnopol Commune In The School Year 2026/2027. 1) Estimated Number Of Tickets In The 2026/2027 School Year Enabling Transport Of Students To The Primary School. Jana Pawła Ii With A Kindergarten Section In Krasnopol Is 132 Tickets Per Month.2) The List Of Towns And Cities Along With The Expected Number Of Monthly Tickets For Transporting And Returning Students To/From The School And Kindergarten Section (School Year 2026/2027) Is Attached As Appendix No. 9 To The Swz. 3.2. The Number Of Tickets Indicated In Appendix 9 To The Swz Is An Estimate. The Number Of Monthly Tickets May Be Increased Or Decreased For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party. 3.3. Students Will Be Transported/Dropped Off On The Basis Of Personal Monthly Tickets In Paper Form. The Contractor Delivers The Tickets To The Ordering Party By The 24Th Day Of The Calendar Month Preceding The Month In Which The Transport Will Be Performed. 3.4. Transport/Pick-Up Of Students Based On Personal Monthly Tickets To School And Kindergarten Will Be Carried Out On Regular (Public) Transport According To The Timetable Established By The Contractor On School Days. The Timetable Should Provide For A Number Of Trips That Ensure At Least: A) Transport Of Students From The Starting Stops Should Not Take Place Before 7:00 A.M., And Transport To The Final Stop, I.E. B) The Transport Of Students From The School And Kindergarten Class From The Bus Stop At The Primary School Should Not Take Place Later Than 3:10 P.M. And Not Earlier Than 2:50 P.M. C) The Routes Will Be Based On Existing And Designated New Stops.3.5. The Task Will Be Carried Out With Vehicles Owned By The Contractor And With The Use Of A Solaris Urbino 12 Electric Bus, Which The Contractor Will Rent/Lease From The Ordering Party - According To The Template In Appendix No. 10 To Swz.3.6. The Contractors Obligation Will Be, At His Own Expense: - Maintaining The Rented Vehicle In Good Technical Condition By Performing Ongoing Repairs And Technical Service, - Performing Periodic Inspections, - Third Party Liability/Ac/Nnw Insurance, - Powering And Refueling The Vehicle, Replacing Operating Fluids In Accordance With The Operating Instructions.3.7. The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Develop Routes Along With Departure Times From Individual Stops.3.8. Vehicles Used To Transport And Pick Up Students Must Be Technically Efficient, Meet Safety Requirements, Have Current Technical Inspections And Insurance. 3.9.
