Acquire And Install New Telephone Exchanges And Ip Annexes For The Cesfam N°1, Cesfam N°4, Cesfam N°6, Utto And Cormun Casa Central Centers. This Replacement Is Intended To Replace Current Equipment That Is Obsolete, Discontinued On The Market And Without Technical Support Or Spare Parts. The Update Is An Urgent Technical Need To Make The Infrastructure Compatible With The New Fiber Optic Technologies Implemented By Service Providers. This Acquisition Seeks To Mitigate The Risk Of Total Telephone Disconnection, Optimize The Quality Of The Service Provided To The Community And Internal Users Of The Health Division, Ensuring Operational Continuity In The Face Of The Upcoming Expiration Of The Contract With The Telephone Link Service Provider In July 2026. The Implementation Of Two Larger Plants, Destined For Cesfam No. 1 And Cesfam No. 6, Responds Not Only To The Need For Internal Growth, But Also To Their Projection As Backup Equipment Capable Of Supporting Other Centers In Case Of Contingencies, Such As Hardware Failures. These Exchanges, Together With That Of Cesfam No. 8, Also Play A Fundamental Role In Providing Support To Those Units That Do Not Have Exchanges Or Telephone Links, Thus Allowing The Operation Of The Ip Annexes Available In Said Units.
