Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Services For The Delegation Of Sweeping, Washing, Sprinkling Activities And The Maintenance Of Public Roads And Activities For Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Maintaining Them In Operation During Rain Or Frost, During Winter Within The Sanitation Service Of The City Of Negresti Oaș. As Part Of This Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement, For A Duration Of 4 Years, Based On Which Subsequent Contracts Will Be Signed For Services Of Delegation Of Sweeping, Washing, Spraying Activities And Maintenance Of Public Roads And Services For Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Keeping Them In Operation During Rain Or Frost Within The Sanitation Service Of The City Of Negresti Oaș. The Framework Agreement Subject To This Award Procedure Will Include The Quantities Of Services As Provided In The Appendices, To The Task Book Within The Tender Documentation, Necessary To Be Executed, In The Next 4 Years. Detailed Information Regarding The Quantities, The Method Of Providing The Services As Well As The Operation Of The Public Services, Are Contained In The Terms Of Reference And Its Annexes, The Regulation Of The Operation Of The Public Service, The Performance Indicators, Documents That Will Be Made Available To Bidders By The Contracting Authority Within The Tender Documentation. The Complexity Of The Services That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Is Not High, As It Is About Public Maintenance Services Of Public Spaces/Roads/Streets In The City Of Negrești Oaș, Both In The Warm Season And In The Cold Season Of A Year, The Specific Services Being Provided Depending On The Season. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be 4 Years. Based On It, Subsequent Contracts Will Be Signed Annually, And The Services Included In The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Executed Following The Launch Of The Orders To Start The Services. The Sums Necessary For The Payment Of The Consideration For The Services Will Be Provided From The Local Budget Of The City Of Negresti-Oaș. Considering That Following The Procedure, A Service Card Agreement Will Be Concluded, Based On Which A Subsequent Service Contract Will Be Signed Annually, The Contracting Authority Will Ensure The Amounts Necessary For The Subsequent Service Contracts, In The Local Budget For The Year For Which It Is Concluded. The Minimum Value For Sweeping, Washing, Spraying And Maintenance Of Public Roads Is 192,929.12 Lei Without Vat/Year And A Maximum Value Of 689,756.84 Lei Without Vat/Year. The Minimum Value For The Services Of Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Maintaining Them In Operation During Frost Or Frost Is 116,478.00 Lei Without Vat/Year And A Maximum Value Of 659,765.80 Lei Without Vat/Year. The Total Value Of The Framework Agreement For The 4 Years Is A Minimum Value Of 1,237,628.48 Lei Without Vat/4 Years And A Maximum Value Of 5,398,090.57 Lei Without Vat/4 Years.
