Welfare Services For The Handicapped – Proc. Open Pursuant To Art.71 Legislative Decree 36 2023 Assistance And Surveillance Service For Students During Before School Times And Specialist Assistance For Students With Disabilities. The Contract Has As Its Object The Assignment Of The Territorial Education Service With Which The Municipality Fulfills, On The One Hand, The Task Of Supporting And Protecting Minors Belonging To Families At Risk Of Social Marginalization Or With Lack Of Resources In Terms Of Parental Responsibility, And On The Other, That Of Promoting The Recovery Of Parental Responsibilities With A View To Preventing The Child From Being Separated From The Family Context. The Recipients Of The Service Are Therefore Minors, Aged Between 0 And 18, And Their Families, Residing In The Municipal Area Of ​​Camaiore, Who Find It Difficult To Ensure Their Harmonious Psycho-Physical Growth And Adequate Socialisation. The Service Provides Social, Welfare And Educational Services To Be Provided Through Interventions Carried Out At The Home Of The Aforementioned Families As Well As At The Other Locations Indicated In The Art. 15 Of These Specifications.
