With Regard To The Needs Of Epfl And The Scientific Goals Of The Lpqm Group, The Main Areas Of Research Are The Following: • Nano-Electromechanical Devices At The Quantum Limit • Amplifier And Sensors At The Quantum Limit • Integration Of Electro-Mechanical Systems Combined With Qubits • Electro-Optical Transducer At The Quantum Limit
