Business Transaction And Personal Business Software Package - Digital Platform Smart Control - Mobility. The Client Invites All Interested Bidders To Submit A Bid In The Public Procurement Process Digital Platform Pametno Velenje - Mobility. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Defined In More Detail In The Project Terms Of Reference With Attachments, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Tender Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Subject To Coordination In The Dialogue Phase. The Client Will Conclude An Implementation Contract With The Provider And The Rental Period From The Handover Of The Implementation Until 31 December 2029 (Presumably 27 Months), While Reserving The Right After The End Of This Period To Conclude An Addendum To The Contract With The Selected Contractor To Extend The Platform Rental Period For A Maximum Of 36 Months, On The Condition That The Client Will Have The Provided Funds Available For The Extension. The Customer Will Inform The Contractor About Whether He Will Extend The Rental Period No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Contract. The Annex Is Concluded On The Basis Of The Offer Price Per Unit (For The Month) From The Providers Final Offer, Taking Into Account The Valuation, As Will Be Defined In The Sample Contract. The Aforementioned Change Is Considered A Planned Change In Accordance With The First Point Of The First Paragraph Of Article 95 Of The Zjn-3. The Customer Will Endeavor To Obtain Funds For The Realization Of The Object Of The Public Procurement. At The Time Of The Acceptance Of The Decision To Start, The Client Does Not Yet Have The Funds Necessary For The Realization Of The Project. The Client Conducts The Public Procurement Under A Deferred Condition That He Will Have The Provided Funds At His Disposal By The Time Of Assuming The Obligations.
