Prior Information Notice For Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Nowosolna Municipality. 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Nowosolna Commune From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Do Not Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, And From Owners Of Real Estate Where There Are Summer Houses Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes And Used Only For Part Of The Year And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, In The Period From 01/01/2027 To 31/12/2028 3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Organizational Structure Of The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For Coordination And Control Of The Subject Of The Order If The Order Is Divided Into Parts And The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Is Allowed. 3.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial And Variant Offers. 3.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Intend To Conclude A Framework Agreement. 3.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Intend To Establish A Dynamic Purchasing System. 3.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Intend To Select The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 3.8. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Act, Provides For The Possibility Of First Assessing The Offers And Then Examining Whether The Contractor Whose Offer Was Assessed As The Most Advantageous Is Not Subject To Exclusion And Meets The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 3.9. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of Contract Execution Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1464, As Amended), I.E.: A) Drivers Of Motor Vehicles - Garbage Trucks; B) Manual Workers In The Scope Of: Transport Of Waste From The Property And The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point To The Waste Collection Point Or Waste Reloading Point, Verification Of The Condition Of Containers, Replacement Of Containers, Work On Sorting, Reloading And Selection Of Waste; C) Employees Performing Activities Related To Current Repairs Of Vehicles Intended For Waste Collection.
