Miscellaneous Repair And Maintenance Services – Maintenance And Minor Repair Works In Municipal Buildings In The Housing Stock Of The Bemowo District. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Maintenance And Ongoing Inspection Of The Condition Of Building Equipment, Such As Joinery, Cladding Of Staircases, Platforms And Other Internal Pedestrian Routes. 2) Maintenance And Ongoing Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Pedestrian Routes. 3) Checking And Repairing Walls And Plasters Of Staircase Recesses, Staircases, Basements And Facades Once A Quarter Or In The Event Of Receiving A Notification From The Ordering Party. 4) Maintenance, Checking And Repair Of Intercom Installations In The Event Of Receiving A Notification From The Ordering Party/Tenant. 5) Checking And Repairing Light Fixtures In Buildings And Outside, Among Others: By Replacing Brackets, Housings, Lampshades, Covers Or Internal Elements Of Fixtures Such As Ballasts, Starters, Sockets, Etc., Or Replacing Entire Fixtures Up To 5 Pieces. 6) Maintenance, Checking And Repair Of Door Closers, Electromagnetic Locks, Building Fittings, Locks And Door Handles, At Least Once A Month. 7) Maintenance Of The Electrical Installation In Common Areas, Apart From The Equipment, And Removal Of Any Faults, Once A Quarter Or In The Event Of Receiving A Notification From The Ordering Party. 8) Removal Of Identified Damages And Irregularities In The Electrical Installation On An Ongoing Basis. 9) Checking The Condition Of Sockets And Fuse Inserts And Repairing Or Replacing Damaged Equipment (Sockets, Switches, Bells, Etc.). 10) Maintenance Of The Lightning Protection System, Consisting Of Inspection Of Connectors, Clamps, Handles, Brackets, Tensions, Fastening Of Lightning Protection System Elements To The Building Structure And Connection Of Identified Breaks In The Installation. 11) Replacing Missing Lampshades, Covers, Lids, Closures And Protections For All Electrical Devices. 12) Adjustment Of Timer And Twilight Switches. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services, I.E. Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Point I From 1 To 68, In Point Ii, In Point Iii From 1 To 23 And In Point Iv In The Scope Of Ongoing Maintenance Of Buildings In The Housing Stock Of The Capital City.
