Electronic Meters – Measuring System For Synchronized Three-Dimensional Strain And Temperature Field Evaluations. For Location-Accurate 3D Deformation Analyzes With The Highest Possible Detailed Resolution, The Camera Systems To Be Used (Hereinafter Also Referred To As 3D Measurement Sensors) Must Enable An Image Resolution Of At Least 24 Megapixels. For Use In Deformation And Temperature Analysis Of Cyclically Stressed Samples, The Measuring System (At Full Image Resolution) Must Also Allow An Image Rate Of At Least 100 Images Per Second. The Interfaces Between Cameras And Measuring Computer Must Therefore Have High Data Transfer Rates (At Least 10Gige Connection Between Camera And Measuring Computer). For Multi-Scale Component Analyses, The Measuring System Must Be Very Flexibly Configurable So That Measuring Field Sizes With Dimensions Between 20 Mm And 5,000 Mm Wide Or High Can Be Realized For Each Measuring Sensor. The Measuring System Must Have The Necessary Interchangeable Lenses And Calibration Objects And The Associated Additional Hardware, Such As Tripods, Lighting, Adapters, Etc. For Deformation Analyzes On Large-Format Components With Measuring Field Sizes Over 5,000 Mm As Well As For Structural Analyzes On Both Or Multiple Sides, The Two 3D Measuring Sensors Must Be Usable In A Synchronized Manner Using Appropriate Trigger Cables And Can Be Coupled To Thermography Cameras And The Existing Testing Machine Park. In Addition, Both 3D Measuring Sensors Should Also Be Able To Be Used Independently Of One Another In Order To Be Able To Carry Out Different Measuring Tasks For Which One Sensor Is Sufficient, Simultaneously And, If Necessary, Spatially Separated. This Requires Two Controllers And Two Associated Powerful Measurement Computers That Ensure The Required Image Resolutions And Frame Rates And Are Protected By Integration Into The Associated Transport Racks And Can Be Used Flexibly And Independently Of Each Other In Different Locations For Measurement Data Acquisition, Processing And Evaluation. Furthermore, The Overall System Must Include The Option Of Photogrammetric Geometry Capture Of Examination Objects And The Generation Of Associated 3D Point Clouds For Later Processing In Numerical Models. By Upgrading A Thermal Imaging Camera In The Vte, The Integration Of Associated Recordings Into The Analysis Of The Strain Measuring Field Must Be Ensured And The 3D Measuring System Must Be Able To Process And Evaluate Corresponding Recordings In A Synchronized Manner With Those Of The 24 Megapixel Cameras. The System Should Be Completely Delivered And Put Into Operation By A Provider. The Necessary Licenses To Operate The Two Powerful Measuring Computers For The Measurement As Well As Software Licenses To Evaluate The Image Files Should Be Offered. The Required Software Must Have A Comprehensive Range Of Features, And Ease Of Use Is Also An Extremely Important Criterion.
