The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation, Commissioning And Lease Of 10 Stations For Measuring The Level And Parameters Of Water In Rivers In The City Of Krakow, Together With Their Operation, Data Transmission, Visualization And Full Maintenance Of The System. The Order Will Cover The Basic Scope Of The Order Indicated Below And Possibly Scopes Covered By Option Rights In Whole Or In Part. The Rules For The Execution Of An Order Covered By The Option Right Are The Same As Those That Apply To The Execution Of The Basic Order. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes: - Installation And Commissioning Of 10 Devices Measuring Water Levels And Parameters In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (The Location Of The Stations Is Provided In Annex No. 1Aa To The Opz, I.E. Maps). If Necessary, Obtain All Necessary Consents And Permits For The Installation Of Devices. - Lease And Operation Of 10 Measuring Devices Consisting Of Data Transmission, Visualization And Full System Maintenance (In Accordance With Annex No. 1 A To The Swz). - Provision Of Service Services (In Accordance With Annex No. 1 A To The Swz) The Scope Of Options Includes (In Accordance With Annex No. 1 A To The Swz And The Provisions In The Ppu) - Change Of The Location Of The Measurement Point With Calibration - The Maximum Number Carried Out Under The Option Law - 20 - Battery Replacement As A Result Of Incorrect Operation - The Maximum Number Carried Out Under The Option Right - 20 - Replacement Of Wiring As A Result Of Damage (Allowing The Device To Be Restored) - Maximum Quantity Implemented Under The Option Right - 10 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Lease Service In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, I.E. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Annexes To The Opz, On The Basis Of The Applicable Regulations And Standards In This Regard, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, As Well As With Due Diligence, Taking Into Account The Principle Of Economical And Rational Spending Of Financial Resources On Implementation Of The Task In Question While Achieving The Best Possible Quality Standards. 3. The Contractor Must Ensure The Implementation Of The Order Covered By The Basic Scope And The Scope Covered By The Option Law From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For A Period Of 12 Months Or Until The Funds Provided For In The Contract Are Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First. 4. The Deadline For Completing The Order Covered By The Option Set By The Ordering Party Cannot Be Longer Than The Deadline For Completing The Basic Order.
