The Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium, Which Currently Has Over 680 Students And 60 Teachers, Is Now Located In A School Building From The 1960S That Was Expanded In The 1970S, 1980S And 1990S. The Current School Building Is Not Barrier-Free And Has Significant Functional Deficiencies As Well As Structural/Physical Deficiencies. The So-Called Day Home (Former St. Katharina Monastery) Currently Houses Rooms For All-Day Care For Students. The Former Monastery Of St. Katharina Has Now Been Placed Under Monument Protection As An Individual Monument. After Detailed Variant Studies, It Is Now Planned To Completely Renovate The Former St. Katharina Monastery And Use It For School Purposes In The Future.
