Traveling Crane – Delivery And Assembly Of A Container Crane In The Industrial Port In 46446 Emmerich Am Rhein. The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Delivery And Assembly Of A New Container Gantry Crane System For The Contargo-Rhein-Waal-Lippe Terminal In Emmerich Am Rhein. The System Replaces An Existing, Worn-Out Crane And Is Intended To Ensure The Trimodal Handling Of Containers Between Inland Waterway Vessels, Storage Areas, Trucks And Trains. The Crane System Must Be Suitable For Handling 20, 30, 40, 45 Iso And High Cube Containers And Should Be Designed As A Single Girder Bridge Crane. The Technical Design Includes A Roadway Length Of Approx. 260 M, A Track Width Of 48,250 Mm And A Load Capacity Of 50,000 Kg On The Hoist And 36,000 Kg Under The Spreader. The Handling Capacity Is At Least 27 Envelopes Per Hour In 3-Shift Operation. The Crane Runway Has Already Been Renovated And Equipped With A New As86 Crane Rail. The System Must Comply With Current Safety And Noise Protection Requirements And Be Designed For An Operating Period Of At Least 25 Years. Twin Operation Is Not Planned. All Dangerous Goods And Substances - With The Exception Of Classes 1 And 7 And 1.1S - Are Handled.
