The Investment In Question Involves The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant With A Capacity Of Up To 2Mw (1,996.44 Kwp) Called Plewiska 10 And 11 With Connection To The Power Grid, Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, And An Energy Storage Facility With A Rated Active System Power Of 2Mw And A Capacity Of 4Mwh, Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Photovoltaic Power Plant With Energy Storage Will Be Located On Plot No. 1220/1, Plewiska District, Komorniki Commune, Poznań Poviat. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Increase The Share Of Energy Obtained From Renewable Energy Sources (Res). The Installation Of A Renewable Energy Installation Will Reduce Emissions Of Harmful Compounds And Substances Into The Atmosphere, Which Will Translate Into An Improvement In The Condition Of The Natural Environment. 2. Requirements Regarding The Materials Used, Delivery And Storage Conditions And Assembly Of The Installation Components, As Well As Other Conditions Related To The Construction Process, E.G. Fire Protection Requirements, Health And Safety At Work, Etc. Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Other Annexes To The Swz. 3. The Investment Is To Be Located On Part Of The Plot 1220/1, Plewiska Area 2, Plewiska District, Komorniki Commune 4. The Investment Of A 2Mwp Photovoltaic Power Plant Includes In Particular: • Development Of An Executive Design For The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Farm With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure; • Change In Connection Conditions Issued By Enea Operator Regarding The Types And Numbers Of Devices Used, Such As Photovoltaic Panels And Inverters; • Agreement On Design Documentation With The Distribution Network Operator Regarding Telemechanics And The Billing Measurement System; • Development And Agreement With Enea Operator Of A Test Schedule And Operational Cooperation Instructions; • Agreement On Documentation With The Fire Safety Expert, If Required; • Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; • Carrying Out Tests, Acceptance Tests And Measurements; • Launch Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant; • Carrying Out Measurements Of Network Parameters For The Purposes Of Reactive Power Compensation; • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. Construction And Assembly Works Of A 2Mwp Photovoltaic Power Plant Include: • Construction Of A Farm Connection From The Mv Cable Connector Owned By Enea Operator To The Designed Transformer Station; • Foundation, Connection And Commissioning Of The Transformer Station; • Installing The Supporting Structure Of Photovoltaic Panels By Driving It Into The Ground; • Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels And Inverters On A Prepared Supporting Structure; • Installation Of Electrical Switchboards With Protection On The Dc Side; • Installation Of Measuring And Actuating Devices For The Compensation Of Reactive Power Of The Mv Cable And Transient States Of The Photovoltaic Farm; • Installation And Commissioning Of The Cctv System; • Installation And Commissioning Of The Sswin System; • Installation And Launch Of The Factory Software Of The Photovoltaic Installation Installed On The Ordering Partys Desktop Computer Or For Reading In
