Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners In The Ełk Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste Collected Separately, Such As: - Paper Waste, Including Cardboard Waste, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste, - Glass Waste, Including Glass Packaging Waste, - Metal Waste, Including Metal Packaging Waste, Plastic Waste, Including Plastic Packaging Waste Plastics, And Multi-Material Packaging Waste, Bio-Waste, Waste Remaining After Segregation, Bottom Ash And Slag, Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Bulky Waste, Including Furniture And Other Household Items, Used Tires, Textile And Clothing Waste, Expired Medicines And Chemicals, Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes, - Used Small Batteries And Accumulators, - And Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste. 2. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out From Owners Of Residential Properties (Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings) And Uninhabited Properties, Pursuant To Resolution No. Xxxiv.340.2021 Of The Ełk City Council Of September 29, 2021 On The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, I.E.: Owners Of Properties On Which Part Of The Property Is Inhabited. Residents, And Some Of The Properties Are Not Inhabited By Residents And Municipal Waste Is Generated, Owned By Local Government Budgetary Units And Local Government Cultural Institutions Of The Ełk City Commune, Where There Are Institutions Covered By The Education System Referred To In Art. 2 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 Education Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 820, As Amended), Nurseries, Music Schools, Universities, - Which Are The Seats Of: The Ełk City Hall, The District Office In Ełk And Inter-Municipal Associations, - Where Family Allotment Gardens Are Established Or Are Located Summer Houses And Others Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, 3. Who Have Not Excluded Themselves From The Municipal System Of Municipal Waste Management In Accordance With The Principles Arising From The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport The Collected Waste To The Waste Disposal Plant Run By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O., Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk (Pursuant To § 7 Of The Statute Of The Intermunicipal Association Gospodarka Komunalna (Official Journal Of The Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship Of 2004, No. 8, Item 173, Of 2006, No. 127, Item 2013, As 2009 No. 60, Item 971, Of 2013, Item 721, And The Adoption Of Resolution No. Vi/43/03 Of The Ełk City Council Of March 21, 2003
