The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Procurement Of Communication Equipment, In Accordance With The Detailed Description And Quantities Specified In The Technical Specifications And Cost List, Which Are Attached To This Procurement Documentation. The Bill Of Costs Is Filled Out And Submitted In The Appropriate Format, For Example .Xls Or .Xlsx Format. It Is Not Allowed To Change The Cost List, Which Was Downloaded With The Procurement Documentation, But Only To Fill In The Fields Provided For Data Entry. The Subject Of This Purchase Is The Purchase Of New Communication Equipment And The Upgrading Of Existing Communication Equipment For The Needs Of Hrvatske Lutrije D.O.O. The Delivered Goods Must Be Completely Original, New And Unused, And Must Meet The Requirements Of This Procurement Documentation And All Standards According To Positive Regulations In The Republic Of Croatia. For The Equipment, I.E. For The First Three Items Of The Price List, The Bidder Is Expected To Offer A Guarantee And Support From The Original Equipment Manufacturer, Of The Minimum Duration Specified In The Technical Specifications, I.E. In Accordance With The Statement Of The Selected Bidder. All Components Of One Type Of Equipment (Except Where Additional Equipment Is Specified) Must Be Delivered Complete In The Same Equipment Packaging.
