Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – New Construction Of The Central Hospital Campus, Planning Support For The Central Hospital. The Current Structural Structure Of The Ukmd Is Characterized By A Dislocated Building Structure, Lacking Structural And Technical Infrastructure As Well As Long Paths And Functional Structures That Are No Longer Up To Date. There Is An Urgent Need For Action To Prepare The Ummd For The Future Challenges Of University Medicine And To Solve Pressing Structural Problems. In Order To Find A Solution, A Comprehensive Structural Master Plan Was Created For The Ummd Campus On Leipziger Straße In The Period 2022 - 2024. Based On A Prospective Medical Strategy, A Capacity And Space Requirement Assessment Was Carried Out, Which Was Then Transferred Into A Campus-Wide Master Plan Through Structural Feasibility Studies. This Structural Master Planning Represents A Portfolio-Adjusted Concept Oriented Towards The Urgent Needs Of The Ummd, For Which Extensive Preparatory Work, Investigations And Coordination Results Are Already Available. These Must Now Be Further Specified In Preparation For A Concrete Structural Implementation Plan For Individual Projects. The Implementation Of The Present Structural Master Planning For The Magdeburg University Hospital As A “New Campus Central Hospital” Is Currently One Of The Largest Construction Projects In The State Of Saxony-Anhalt And Is Critical To The Future Viability Of The Location On Leipziger Straße. Board Area 6 Was Founded At The Magdeburg University Medical Center For The Planning And Structural Implementation Of The “New Campus Central Hospital” Project. This Takes Over The Tasks Of User Project Management. V6 Acts As A Central Interface Between The Ummd (User) And The Ips (Builder) And Is, Among Other Things: Responsible For Coordinating And Controlling Internal And External Information Gathering. The Realization Of The Construction Project Is Being Carried Out By The State-Owned Real Estate And Project Management Company Sachsen-Anhalt Mbh (Ips). Ips Acts In The Role Of The Client And Also Becomes The Owner Of The Real Estate And Structures That Are Created As Part Of The Construction Work. As A 100% State-Owned Company In The State Of Saxony-Anhalt, It Was Commissioned By The Ministry Of Finance (Mf) With The Planning And Construction Of The “New Central Hospital Campus” Project. Ips Is Using The Integrated Project Management (Ipa) Model For This Construction Project. This Is A Process That Is Particularly Suitable For Carrying Out Complex And Demanding Construction Projects. Already In The Planning Phase, All Actors Involved In Planning And Construction Are Integrated Into A Contractually Regulated Alliance At An Early Stage. This Eliminates The Separation Between Construction Planning And Execution.
